Requirements
• Passionate about World Vision's mission and Christian identity.
• Experience managing digital campaigns, paid media, content, or digital growth strategies.
• Strong communication, digital, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in digital marketing, digital fundraising, social media, campaign management, performance marketing, digital analytics, content marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in nonprofit, NGO, faith-based, or mission-driven environments is an advantage.
Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Performance
• Lead and strengthen digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational and fundraising priorities.
• Develop and execute digital campaigns that support acquisition, engagement, fundraising, and brand awareness goals.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance across digital platforms to improve effectiveness and return on investment.
• Ensure digital campaigns are audience-centered, data-informed, and aligned with World Vision's brand and mission.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital growth, innovation, and audience engagement.
2. Digital Acquisition & Engagement
• Support digital acquisition strategies that grow supporter engagement and fundraising outcomes.
• Strengthen digital supporter journeys across platforms, campaigns, and channels.
• Manage digital content and campaign execution across website, email, social media, paid media, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with fundraising teams to support integrated digital fundraising efforts.
• Encourage meaningful audience engagement through relevant, timely, and compelling digital experiences.
3. Analytics, Insights & Optimization
• Monitor digital analytics, campaign data, and audience insights to strengthen decision-making and performance.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations to support optimization and strategic planning.
• Encourage a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement across digital campaigns and activities.
• Ensure digital performance tracking and reporting are timely, accurate, and actionable.
• Support the organization in using digital insights to strengthen supporter engagement and fundraising outcomes.
4. Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead, mentor, and support digital team members and external partners toward shared goals.
• Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, agility, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Work closely with Brand, Communications, Acquisition, Retention, and Programmes teams to strengthen integrated campaign outcomes.
• Contribute as a collaborative organizational leader beyond the immediate scope of the role when needed.
• Model Christ-centred leadership through integrity, humility, stewardship, compassion, and service.
• Support and participate in organizational spiritual rhythms such as devotions, prayer, chapel, and faith-based initiatives.
