Requirements
Experience in administration, HR, or office management;
Familiarity with Malaysian government procedures is preferred;
Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills;
Good English and Chinese communication skills.
Responsibilities
Responsible for daily office administration and logistical support.
Coordinating and communicating with government departments, banks, suppliers, and external organizations.
Assisting with company registration, visas, work permits, and related administrative procedures.
Responsible for procurement, fixed asset management, and office supplies management.
Assisting with organizing business receptions, meeting arrangements, and event planning.
Assisting with human resources work, including employee onboarding and offboarding procedures and file management.
Supporting communication and coordination between the China headquarters and the local team.
Completing other tasks assigned by management.
