Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate or equivalent.

Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficient in TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and/or MIG welding techniques.

Strong understanding of metal properties and welding procedures for different materials.

Skilled in operating welding equipment and related tools safely.

Knowledge of safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.

Attention to detail with high-quality workmanship.

Physical stamina to perform prolonged welding tasks.

Teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with production staff.

Problem-solving skills to handle welding challenges or defects.

Effective communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine welding requirements.

Weld metal components together using TIG/MIG welding techniques to fabricate or repair products.

Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Inspect welds for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet specified standards and tolerances.

Maintain welding equipment in good working order, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.

Select appropriate welding materials and equipment based on project requirements and metal properties.

Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, or cutting as necessary.

Follow established welding procedures and techniques to achieve desired weld quality and structural integrity.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of welding projects.

Troubleshoot welding problems and implement effective solutions to maintain productivity.
