We’re looking for service-driven Operation Attendant to join our parking operations team. If you enjoy helping people and have strong communication skills, this role offers the perfect opportunity to grow your customer service career.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist parking customers in a courteous manner
Guide drivers to correctly park their vehicles on the parking flap system
Provide clear instructions and resolve minor customer issues onsite
Report any operational issues to the supervisor promptly
