Requirements
Candidate must possess min SPM/ Diploma or equivalent
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Able to perform Microsoft Office, candidate with knowledge of Autocount software will have an added advantage
Positive attitude and able to work independently
Willing to learn, trustworthy and self-motivated
Working hours: Mon - Fri | 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Full Time, Permanent, 5 days work week
Responsibilities
Process orders and follow up on customer requests
Liaise with supplier on pricing, delivery schedule and product info
Prepare reports and update customer records
Issue Purchase Order (PO) and follow up on deliveries
Maintain purchasing records and documentation
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time by the supervisor
