Job Description

Requirements

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base within the assigned region of Bandar Kuala Lumpur.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service, support, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and forecast sales performance.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to the management team to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement localized sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business avenues and refine sales approaches.
