The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the Company's visual communication and creative design initiatives across all restaurant, catering, retail, and corporate businesses. The role involves creating high-quality marketing materials, managing branding consistency, supervising creative projects, and collaborating with internal departments to deliver engaging visual content that supports the Company's marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Design & Creative Development
- Design and produce creative materials for both print and digital platforms.
- Create promotional posters, flyers, brochures, menus, banners, packaging, catalogues, and corporate materials.
- Design social media graphics, website banners, digital advertisements, and email marketing visuals.
- Develop creative concepts that align with the Company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Ensure all artwork is accurate, visually appealing, and ready for production.
2. Branding & Corporate Identity
- Maintain consistency of the Company's brand identity across all marketing materials.
- Develop and update brand guidelines when required.
- Ensure all creative work reflects the Company's image and standards.
- Support new outlet openings, product launches, and rebranding initiatives.
3. Digital Content Creation
- Create visual content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Design engaging motion graphics, simple animations, and digital advertisements where required.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to produce effective online campaigns.
- Stay updated on current design trends and digital marketing best practices.
4. Photography & Video Support
- Coordinate and direct product photoshoots and promotional video shoots.
- Edit photographs and videos for marketing campaigns and social media.
- Ensure all visual content meets the Company's quality standards.
- Organize and maintain the Company's digital image and video library.
5. Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Prioritize tasks according to business needs and campaign schedules.
- Coordinate with printers, production vendors, photographers, and external agencies.
- Ensure timely delivery of all artwork and marketing materials.
6. Team Leadership
- Guide and mentor junior graphic designers and creative staff.
- Review and approve artwork before submission for printing or publication.
- Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to team members.
- Support the development of creative processes and workflow improvements.
7. Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, Catering, HR, and Management teams.
- Develop creative materials for recruitment, internal communications, events, and corporate initiatives.
- Support promotional activities for restaurant outlets and catering events.
8. Quality Control
- Ensure all artwork is free from design, spelling, and formatting errors.
- Verify print specifications, colour accuracy, and production quality.
- Maintain organized design files and project documentation.
9. Reporting
- Report project progress and creative updates to Management.
- Monitor project timelines and workload allocation.
- Recommend creative improvements and new design initiatives.
10. Other Duties
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management that are related to the creative and marketing functions of the Company.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the food & beverage, hospitality, retail, or advertising industry.
- Experience in leading creative projects or supervising a design team is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar creative tools is an advantage.
- Excellent typography, layout, colour theory, and branding skills.
- Basic photography and photo editing skills.
- Video editing and motion graphics experience are an added advantage.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Working Conditions
- Standard office working hours, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays when supporting campaigns, promotional events, restaurant openings, or catering functions.
- Required to travel to restaurant outlets, catering venues, and event locations for photography, videography, or promotional activities when necessary.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
