Requirements
Lead the kitchen line at a fast-growing wok and fried-rice outlet in Sunway Square. You own food quality, speed, hygiene and a small kitchen crew so every dish goes out to standard during busy service.
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of kitchen experience in a wok or fast-food kitchen, including supervisory or lead experience.
Fluent Mandarin required, to lead a Mandarin-speaking kitchen team.
Strong wok cooking, portioning, consistency and speed.
Solid grasp of food-safety and kitchen-hygiene SOPs.
Able to manage prep, stock and wastage control.
Flexible with shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
Run the kitchen line during service and make sure recipe, taste and presentation standards are met on every order.
Supervise, train and roster the kitchen crew.
Enforce cleanliness, food-safety and SOP compliance across the kitchen.
Manage prep, stock levels, ordering and wastage control.
Support the Store Manager on kitchen costs and efficiency.
