We are looking for a Business Financial Analyst to support our café operations by analyzing financial performance, improving cost efficiency, and assisting in business decision-making across outlets.

This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in F&B business operations + financial analysis.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Experience in F&B, retail, or business analysis is an advantage

• Strong in Microsoft Excel / data analysis

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and responsible

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Willing to work in café business environment

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze café outlet financial performance (sales, cost, and profit & loss).

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for all outlets.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and reduce operational wastage.

• Prepare clear and simple financial reports for management review.

• Work closely with operations team to support business decisions and improvements.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each outlet.
