Job Description

Requirements

  • Proficient in English and Malay (mandarin is a plus).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Team player with a collaborative, positive attitude and responsible character.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

  • Knowledge of Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and RM tools is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.

  • Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.

  • Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.

Responsibilities

  • Address and respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email, social media, phone and online chat (WhatsApp) with a professional and courteous manner.

  • Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer issues effectively.

  • Monitor and check the daily order status to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.

  • Coordinate with the fulfillment team to address any delays or issues with order processing.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ongoing cases (Damage, Malfunction and Replacement).

  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service operations.

  • Perform any other responsibilities as instructed by the superior, including participating in team meetings, training sessions, and special projects.
