Address and respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email, social media, phone and online chat (WhatsApp) with a professional and courteous manner.

Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer issues effectively.

Monitor and check the daily order status to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.

Coordinate with the fulfillment team to address any delays or issues with order processing.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ongoing cases (Damage, Malfunction and Replacement).

Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.

Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service operations.

Perform any other responsibilities as instructed by the superior, including participating in team meetings, training sessions, and special projects.
