Diploma or Certificate in Construction, Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience.

Familiar with construction processes and safety requirements.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work at project sites.

Possess own transport.

Supervise daily site activities and construction progress.

Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and schedule.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site workers.

Conduct site inspections and quality control.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Report project progress to the Construction Manager.

Resolve site issues promptly.

Perform other duties assigned by Management.
