Job Description
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Familiar with AutoCAD and construction drawings.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to meet project deadlines.
Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Coordinate architectural works with consultants, clients and contractors.
Review architectural drawings and specifications.
Resolve design and site coordination issues.
Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings.
Attend project meetings and prepare coordination reports.
Liaise with authorities where necessary.
Support Chief Engineer on architectural matters.
