Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Create and post job advertisements.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, agencies, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process.
  • Support employee onboarding.
  • Promote the company's employer brand and career opportunities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support diversity hiring (DEI) initiatives.
  • Ensure recruitment follows labor laws, company policies, and RBA requirements.
  • Improve recruitment processes and recommend new ideas.
  • Identify hiring and talent gaps and plan recruitment strategies.
  • Provide market insights, including salary trends, competitor hiring, and talent availability.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare recruitment reports.
  • Analyze recruitment data and improve hiring performance.
  • Lead recruitment projects and process improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Experience recruiting for the semiconductor industry is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong interview and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experienced in sourcing candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple hiring positions at the same time.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing recruitment projects and improving recruitment processes.
  • Able to influence and work closely with hiring managers and senior management.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
