Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Minimum 2 years of project planning experience.

Familiar with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or similar software.

Strong analytical and organisational skills.

Good communication skills in Mandarin and English.

Able to work independently and under pressure.

Develop and maintain project schedules using project planning software.

Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks.

Coordinate with Department Managers, Site Supervisors and subcontractors.

Prepare project progress reports and planning updates.

Track manpower, materials and equipment schedules.

Assist in resource planning and project coordination.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
