Minimum SPM or equivalent. 至少拥有大马教育文凭（SPM）或同等学历。

Preferable 1 year experience in sales/ service industry. 优先考虑具备至少1年销售/服务行业经验者。

Independent with good interpersonal and communication skills. 熟悉主要中文方言及基本英语。

Able to work long hours and on shift. 能够接受长时间工作及轮班。

Possess valid driving license. 持有有效驾驶执照。

Assist in ensuring smooth running of funeral procession by coordinating and communicating well with Service Consultant/ Undertaker. 协助确保丧礼顺利进行，并与礼仪顾问/承办人良好协调与沟通。

Coordinate well with site employees on burial arrangement urn installation. 与现场员工良好协调安葬安排及骨灰瓮安置事宜。

Deliver floral wreath and condolence banner on time. 按时送达花圈及慰问横幅。

Explain in details to customer on burial procedures and requirement. 向客户详细解释安葬程序及相关要求。

Plan for each trip economically. 为每次出行作出经济合理的规划。
