Salary: RM5,000 – RM7,000

Location: Chew Jetty, 10300 Georgetown, Pulau Pinang

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 7:00pm; Saturday 10:00am – 2:00pm WFH

Role Summary

We are looking for a Registered Pharmacist / Healthcare Product Advisor to support our fast-growing health and beauty e-commerce brands. This is not a typical retail pharmacy counter role. You will provide professional healthcare and pharmaceutical input for product information, marketing materials, internal training and customer-related healthcare questions.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin, as the company’s working environment and internal communication are mainly Mandarin-based.
• Strong English reading and writing ability.
• Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Healthcare or related field.
• Registered Pharmacist with valid practicing license is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, regulatory, product advisory, pharmacy practice or health product knowledge is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and comfortable working with marketing, sales and e-commerce teams.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and growing company environment.

• Review product information, healthcare content and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide healthcare/pharmaceutical input for health and beauty product positioning.
• Support internal product knowledge training for sales, marketing and customer service teams.
• Advise on customer-related healthcare questions where professional input is needed.
• Work closely with marketing, sales and product teams to improve product education and customer trust.
• Maintain professional and compliant communication for healthcare-related content.
• Assist in healthcare-related documentation, product research and business expansion projects when required.
