1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or customs clearance.

Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.

Familiar with HS Codes and customs clearance processes.

Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Manage import and export customs clearance documentation.

Prepare and verify shipping documents, including: Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO)

Verify HS Codes and applicable duties/taxes.

Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and compliant before submission.

Coordinate with Customs, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal teams.

Track shipment progress and monitor customs clearance timelines.

Resolve shipment delays and clearance issues to ensure timely cargo release.
