Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related role.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for parking services.

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, property owners, retailers, hotels, event organizers, and fleet operators.

  • Promote season parking, corporate parking packages, event parking, and other parking solutions.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.

  • Negotiate and close sales opportunities to maximize parking occupancy and revenue.

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to promote parking locations and services.

  • Manage social media platforms and create engaging marketing content.

  • Coordinate promotional activities, roadshows, and activation events to increase customer awareness.

  • Work with designers and and vendors to produce marketing materials such as flyers, banners, bunting, and digital advertisements.

  • Develop promotional packages and seasonal campaigns to attract new customers.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis on parking rates and services.

  • Recommend pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to improve occupancy and revenue.

  • Identify new market segments and business opportunities.

  • Monitor customer feedback and market trends to enhance competitiveness.

  • Build long-term relationships with existing clients and business partners.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through responsive service and follow-up.

  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth implementation of client requirements.

  • Track sales performance, occupancy rates, marketing campaign results, and revenue growth.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

  • Recommend continuous improvements based on market insights and performance data.
