Job Description:

• Manage KD parts ordering in coordination with principal/OEM to ensure timely supply aligned with production and sales plans

• Oversee vehicle flow planning from production, importation, logistics, to dealer distribution

• Develop and execute sales planning and forecasting (monthly, quarterly, yearly)

• Monitor inventory levels (KD, WIP, finished vehicles) and optimize stock levels to ensure

• Coordinate closely with manufacturing, logistics, sales, and finance teams to ensure supply-demand alignment

• Track and analyze market demand trends, dealer orders, and retail performance

• Prepare production planning inputs and align with plant capacity and constraints

• Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs, and documentation for KD operations

• Identify risks in supply chain and implement mitigation strategies (shortage, overstock, delays)

• Generate regular reports on sales forecast accuracy, inventory health, and supply performance
