Experience: Minimum 2 years (s) of working experience in procurement the related field is required

Education: Diploma or Bachelor Degree or above in related field

Skills/Knowledge:

1. Candidate specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Building Material or equivalent will be an advantage.

2. Experience of procurement processes from supplier selection to contract award and procurement tools.

3. Independent, resourceful, able to work under pressure and meet datelines.

4. Good negotiation and Management Skills.

5. Have a good knowledge of material costing.

Responsibilities

1. Acquisitions are completed in fair and equitable manner.

2. Procurement practices and processes are in compliance with company policy, applicable government

3. Legislation and any laws and regulations governing the purchase.

4. Managing the competitive bidding process & search sourcing and expedite orders.

5. Develop, review and updating procurement process and documentation.

6. Develop and manage supplier relationships & prices negotiation.

7. Client resource — managing and reporting on procurement expenditures.

8. Establishing and development of product standards.

9. Manage ERP system for purchasing part.

10. Review purchase requisition and coordinate with requester for any clarifications.

11. Process requisition form, purchase orders & bid requests.

12. D/O & invoice matching with P/O for payment purpose.

13. Liaise with suppliers for products price & quality issues.

14. Meet new suppliers to increase sourcing range.

15. Get the inventories update of raw materials/packaging materials/finished good materials from respective department to make sure the stock is meet the demand.

16. Track the status of urgent orders.

17. Liaison with other department particularly the accounting, manufacturing and store departments.

General

1. Maintain 5s and upkeep cleanliness of workplace.

2. Adhere to company’s ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental System, ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management systems & procedure at all time.

3. Received and act on any other instructions as and when assigned from immediate superior or the Management.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
