What We're Looking For
Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or related field
At least 1 year of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or a similar role
Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
Able to communicate in EnglishandBahasa Malaysia
Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working between the office and warehouse when required
Responsibilities
As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and supporting customers throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities include:
Process customer orders and prepare sales documents (Delivery Orders, Invoices, Quotations, etc.)
Coordinate deliveries and liaise with transport providers
Monitor order and production progress to ensure on-time delivery
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
Perform finished goods inspections before shipment
Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
Work closely with the warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth operations
Support other sales administration tasks as assigned
