Retail Sales Assistant (Opening Team)

Full-Time | Pavilion Kuala Lumpur

Basic + Incentive + Group Commission + Personal Commission + Overtime

Min RM2,200 to RM3,800++ per month

Shokz is bringing its award-winning open-ear audio technology to a dedicated retail monostore in Malaysia. We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Assistants who enjoy music, an active lifestyle, and creating great in-store experiences.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least SPM.

• Must have own transport.

• Experience in retail, electronics, sports, or lifestyle stores is an advantage (e.g., Dyson, Machines, JBL, Garmin, Switch).

• Strong communication skills in English & Malay; Mandarin is a plus.

• Enjoys music, fitness, and active living — strong added advantage.

• Tech-savvy and confident explaining product features.

• Positive attitude, responsible, punctual, and a team player.

Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience & Sales

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable Shokz models.

• Demonstrate open-ear technology, fitting, comfort, and key product differences.

• Deliver a premium, friendly, and personalised shopping experience.

• Drive sales and achieve individual & store targets.

• Execute in-store promotions and assist in local marketing activation.

2. Loyalty & Membership

• Explain and encourage customers to join the NOVE Membership Program.

• Highlight exclusive updates, rewards, and benefits to grow customer loyalty.

3. Store Operations

• Handle cashiering and basic POS functions.

• Monitor stock levels and update supervisors on stock needs, damages, or discrepancies.

• Assist in goods receiving, returning, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

• Maintain daily sales performance and customer feedback report.

• Ensure the store is clean, organised, and aligned with visual merchandising standards.

4. After-Sales Support

• Provide quality service for warranty, exchanges, and product troubleshooting.

• Ensure customer concerns or complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.
