Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field
    （拥有工商管理、管理或相关领域学士学位，硕士学历更佳）
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in management or senior supervisory role
    （至少5–8年管理或高级主管相关工作经验）
  • Strong leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams
    （具备优秀领导能力，能够管理跨部门团队）
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    （具备良好战略思维、问题解决及决策能力）

  • Fluent in local languages; strong preference for candidates proficient in Mandarin

    • Responsibilities

  • Assist General Manager in daily operations, cross-department coordination, and execution of business objectives (including supply chain, international orders, and key operational projects)
    （协助总经理管理日常运营、跨部门协调及业务目标执行（包括供应链、国际订单及重点运营项目））
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress, identify risks, and provide timely escalation on issues or delays
    （监控关键绩效指标及项目进度，识别风险，并及时汇报问题或延误情况）
  • Review and summarize reports, proposals, and financial statements from business units prior to executive approval
    （审核并整理各业务部门的报告、提案及财务报表，供高层审批前使用）
  • Act as a key liaison between General Manager, internal departments, external clients, business partners, vendors, and regulatory authorities
    （作为总经理与内部部门及外部客户、合作伙伴、供应商及监管机构之间的重要沟通桥梁）

  • Manage General Manager’s schedule, meetings, business travel, executive negotiations, and support board-level meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions
    （管理总经理行程、会议、出差及高层谈判，并支持董事会会议筹备、记录及后续跟进事项）
