Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

  • Fluent in local languages; Mandarin proficiency is preferred for work communication

  • Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience in administrative, accounting, or data entry work is preferred.

  • Knowledge of SQL Payroll or SQL Accounting is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative tasks and office documentation.

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate company records.

  • Update daily work records and project progress reports.

  • Organize and manage project documents, photos, and related files.

  • Assist in preparing quotations, sales orders, and sales invoices.

  • Assist in recording supplier invoices, customer payments, and related documents.

  • Support payroll administration, staff claims, leave records, and employee information updates.

  • Provide general administrative support and perform other duties assigned by management.
