Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Fluent in local languages; Mandarin proficiency is preferred for work communication
Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in administrative, accounting, or data entry work is preferred.
Knowledge of SQL Payroll or SQL Accounting is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative tasks and office documentation.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate company records.
Update daily work records and project progress reports.
Organize and manage project documents, photos, and related files.
Assist in preparing quotations, sales orders, and sales invoices.
Assist in recording supplier invoices, customer payments, and related documents.
Support payroll administration, staff claims, leave records, and employee information updates.
Provide general administrative support and perform other duties assigned by management.
