Job Description (Clinic Assistant / Staff Nurse)

Responsibilities:

• Attend to patients and perform front desk duties, including answering phone calls, patient registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection, and dispensing medication.
• Assist doctors during consultations and clinical procedures.
• Perform nursing procedures such as phlebotomy, injections, vaccinations, and other basic nursing care. (Staff Nurse)
• Monitor patients' vital signs and assist with health screening and medical check-ups.
• Maintain patient records and handle general administrative duties.
• Manage clinic supplies and ensure medical equipment is clean and ready for use.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the clinic.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager or Doctor.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM for Clinic Assistant; Diploma/Degree in Nursing with a valid APC for Staff Nurse.
• Customer service-oriented with good communication skills.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage
• Phlebotomy skills and medical knowledge would be added advantage.
• Experience in a clinic setting is an added advantage.
• Phlebotomy and injection skills are required for Staff Nurse.
