Salary Package: RM3800- RM4200 + up to RM300 KPI
Intake: 6th of July
Location: NU KL Sentral
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm/10am-7pm
Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree with knowledge of Life Insurance.
● 1–2 years’ experience in a Life Insurance contact centre environment.
● Proficient in English (B2) & Mandarin.
● Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer and distributor inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Resolve issues promptly and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work with internal teams to address complex cases and escalate when necessary.
Maintain professional, empathetic, and customer-focused communication.
Use CRM systems and digital tools effectively while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
