Plant Setup and Commissioning:
- Lead the setup of the laundry plant, including equipment installation, layout planning, and operational workflow design.
- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and installation of equipment.
- Ensure all necessary permits, safety standards, and regulations are met during setup
Production Management:
- Oversee the daily laundry operations, ensure production targets and quality standards are met consistently.
- Manage workflow to meet production schedules.
- Coordinate the maintenance of equipment.
Quality Control & Standards:
- Ensure that all laundry processes meet quality standards.
- Implement quality control procedures to monitor production outputs and identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate and resolve any quality issues or customer complaints promptly.
Team Leadership & Staff Management:
- Lead and supervise the production team.
- Manage attendance and team’s performance evaluations.
Inventory & Resource Management:
- Oversee inventory levels of consumables, ensuring that they are replenished in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper stock management.
Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, equipment maintenance, and employee performance.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance and quality issues.
Customer Relations:
- Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback effectively.
Travel Requirement:
- Travel to other locations for business-related activities, including plant inspections, supplier meetings, and client visits.
- Must be flexible and willing to travel as required to meet business demands.
