任职资格

  • Good communication skills in English & Mandarin. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with at least 1 year of experience are also encouraged.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as per operational needs.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is an added advantage but not required.
  • Ability to work independently with discretion for confidential information.
  • Problem-solving, attention to details and analytical skills.

岗位职责

  • Customer Service: Greeting members and guests in a friendly, professional manner, answering telephones, handling inquiries, and providing information about available activities and facilities.
  • Facility Operations & Maintenance: Assisting with the daily operations and maintenance of the clubhouse and activity areas. This includes routine cleaning tasks, setting up/dismantling equipment safely, and ensuring all equipment is stored securely.
  • Activity Support: Assisting in planning, coordinating, and facilitating recreational and sports activities (e.g., pickleball event, shooting-range programs).
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforcing rules, height/age restrictions where applicable, ensuring guest safety, and following emergency protocols.
  • Administrative Tasks: Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems, processing payments for equipment rentals, facility use, or retail sales, and assisting with membership processes and facility bookings.
  • Team and client support: Assist front-line teams and provide support to help them perform their duties efficiently.
