Achieve and exceed monthly telesales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through consistent and high-quality outreach efforts.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, including contact information, sales progress, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

Build and nurture strong relationships with potential customers by providing exceptional service and understanding their needs.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine telesales strategies and scripts to optimize conversion rates.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing or potential customers during conversations.
