Language proficiency: English and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.

Grab customer with marketing activities (e.g. online ads, cold calling)

Make appointment to meet customer at showroom or sales gallery

Do presentation and closing

Follow up on customer's loan status

Arrange signing with solicitor
