Requirements
Minimum qualification Diploma/Degree or equivalent with at least 1-2 years of direct experience
Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English and Malay, both orally and in writing.
Advance with computer knowledge such as Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
Customer Support Admin
Answer customer enquiries about products and services
Process orders and prepare quotations/invoices
Follow up on order and job status until completion
Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions
Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Prepare sales orders and job sheets
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments
Support daily customer service operations
Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by superior
OR
Operation Admin
Prepare and check invoices
Issue Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers
Coordinate with suppliers for delivery arrangements
Upload customer payment slips for verification
Inform customers when orders are ready for collection
Handle customer enquiries via phone and messages
Arrange deliveries and courier services
Support logistics and daily operational tasks
Assist in sourcing new suppliers or courier services
Perform ad hoc duties assigned by superior
