Job Description

Requirements

  • Candidate must be able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Communication or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but candidates with experience in TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, sales, business development, KOL/creator management or e-commerce will be preferred.
  • Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Able to identify suitable creators, approach them professionally, and build long-term collaboration relationships.
  • Responsible, target-driven, fast-learning and willing to work in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.
  • Basic understanding of TikTok, social media content, livestreaming or online selling is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach and communicate with suitable TikTok creators, influencers and KOLs for product collaboration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators who can help promote and sell products through TikTok Shop.
  • Explain collaboration details, sample arrangement, commission structure and campaign requirements to creators.
  • Follow up with creators after sample delivery and encourage content posting, livestreaming or product listing.
  • Track creator performance, including response rate, content output, sales potential and collaboration results.
  • Coordinate with internal team members on product information, sample delivery, campaign planning and reporting.
  • Support company growth in the TikTok Shop and Southeast Asia e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Prepare daily or weekly updates on creator outreach, sample sending progress and collaboration results.
