Possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Demonstrate at least 5 years of progressive experience in site supervision within the construction industry.

Proficient in site management practices, including resource allocation, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors.

Proven ability to effectively supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve on-site issues promptly, minimizing delays and maintaining project momentum.

Knowledgeable in quality control procedures and able to implement and monitor quality assurance measures to ensure high standards of workmanship.

Familiar with safety management protocols and capable of enforcing safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, enabling effective interaction with team members, clients, and consultants.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.

Must be willing to work on-site in Klang Valley area.

Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, tradespeople, and laborers, providing clear direction and guidance.

Implement and enforce site safety regulations and procedures, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any hazards promptly.

Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain the schedule.

Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets required standards and specifications, addressing any defects or deficiencies.

Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress photos, and material inventories.

Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
