Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

• Previous experience in retail sales, fashion, lingerie, beauty, or customer service is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passionate about helping customers and delivering excellent customer service.

• Comfortable providing bra fitting assistance and product recommendations (training will be provided).

• Able to communicate in Mandarin (Mandarin is an added advantage to serve customers).

• Basic computer skills and ability to use POS systems, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and other online sales platforms.

• Able to serve both walk-in customers and online customers professionally.

• Sales-driven with the ability to achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Honest, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.

• Able to work at weekends and public holidays.

• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and carry light stock when required.

• Willing to learn product knowledge, bra fitting techniques, and company procedures.

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Recommend suitable products and provide bra fitting assistance based on customers’ needs.

• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.

• Replenish stock and maintain attractive, organized store displays.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

• Serve customers through online platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Shopee, and the company website.

• Respond promptly to online enquiries, recommend suitable products, provide sizing advice, and assist customers with order placement and after-sales service.

• Promote ongoing sales, campaigns, and new product launches to both walk-in and online customers.

• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager or Management.
