• Open New Accounts (Main Focus)

Find and open new mini chain & independent pharmacies (IP)

Build good relationships with new customers

Expand outlet coverage in Johor & Melaka

• Drive Sales & Sell-Out

-Find and open new mini chain & independent pharmacies (IP)

-Build good relationships with new customers

-Expand outlet coverage in Johor & Melaka

-Push sales in existing accounts (e.g. Watsons, Caring Pharmacy, IPs)

-Ensure good stock level and avoid out-of-stock

• Execute Promotions

-Carry out in-store promotions and campaigns

-Ensure good product display and visibility

• Reporting

-Submit sales reports and market feedback on time
