Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with customers.

Customer Engagement: Ability to demonstrate the company’s products professionally and effectively.

Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and good organizational abilities.

Technical Advantage: Applicants with basic SQL knowledge will have an added advantage.

Availability to start immediately is an added advantage.

Added Advantage: Confident in doing TikTok Live product demo in front of camera.

Sales Assistance:

Assist in promoting and selling products to customers.

Basic knowledge using computer skills

To build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Promote and provide customers with clear and accurate product information - product features, pricing, after-sales services and etc.

Reply to customer enquiries on WhatsApp promptly and professionally.

Customer Training and Support:

Manage and conduct training sessions for customers on the use of our products.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Demonstrate and explain product features to customers.
