Outdoor Sales Executive – AIRAFAN
Job Requirements
Proven sales experience, preferably in the electrical, lighting, home appliance, hardware, or building materials industry.
Familiar with dealer-based sales channels such as electrical shops, lighting shops, hardware shops, one-stop home centres, and related retail outlets.
Must be fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, with basic English communication skills, to communicate effectively with dealers and business partners.
Possess own transport and be willing to travel within the assigned sales territory to visit existing dealers and develop new customers.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to build long-term dealer relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in exploring new sales opportunities.
Able to work independently, plan daily dealer visits, follow up on sales leads, and report market feedback.
Basic product knowledge in fans, electrical products, lighting, switches, sockets, or home improvement products will be an advantage.
Good attitude, responsible, and willing to learn about AIRAFAN products and market positioning.
Must be able to handle dealer enquiries, product explanation, pricing discussion, and order follow-up professionally.
Car allowance will be provided.
Responsibilities
Visit existing AIRAFAN dealers regularly to maintain good relationships, support sales growth, and ensure proper product knowledge.
Actively develop new dealers, including electrical shops, lighting shops, hardware shops, one-stop home centres, and related B2B customers.
Present AIRAFAN products professionally to potential dealers and explain product features, selling points, pricing, and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with dealers by providing good service, fast follow-up, and product support.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s dealer network expansion.
Conduct market research by observing competitor products, pricing, promotion activities, dealer feedback, and market trends.
Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and promotional support with dealers to close deals effectively.
Work closely with the internal sales and marketing team to support dealer promotions, product launches, displays, and sales campaigns.
Provide regular sales reports, dealer visit updates, market feedback, and sales forecasts to management.
Follow up on orders, payments, product availability, delivery status, and after-sales matters when required.
Represent AIRAFAN professionally in dealer visits, trade shows, roadshows, and product demonstrations.
Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated with the fan, electrical, lighting, and home improvement market.
