Requirements
- Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent.
- Able to manage and coordinate collaborations with KOLs, influencers, and content creators; candidates with relevant experience will be given priority.
- Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (RED), with a good understanding of the latest digital and social media trends.
- A strong team player with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
- Must possess good and fluent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all collaboration projects with KOLs, influencers, and content creators.
- Identify, source, contact, and liaise with KOLs, influencers, and content creators across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (RED).
- Negotiate collaboration opportunities, including product reviews, short-form video campaigns, live streaming, and affiliate marketing partnerships.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, live hosts, and content creators to strengthen brand partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive KOL and influencer database, including contact information, collaboration rates, follower count, engagement rate, and campaign performance.
