Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in the F&B industry.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of integrity and professionalism.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

This position is open to Mandarin speakers who are Malaysian only, as the nature of the business is non-halal.

Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, record-keeping, and data entry.

Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.

Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring timely ordering of supplies.

Handle customer inquiries and reservations over the phone, email, and in person.

Assist with customer complaints and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Coordinate staff schedules and shifts, ensuring adequate staffing at all times.

Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.

Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

Maintain effective internal communication with all staff members.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and other relevant legislation.

Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, leave, and payroll.

Assist the restaurant manager with various tasks and projects as needed.

Provide administrative support for marketing and promotional activities.
