Requirements
- Minimum SPM (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Malaysian / local only
- Friendly, cheerful, positive, and willing to learn
- Conversable in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (preferred)
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask in a busy environment
- Own transport required
- Willing to work 5.5 days/week (including weekends, off on weekday)
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude
- Manage appointment scheduling
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and patient follow-ups
- Assist with registration, billing, and daily clinic operations
- Support chiropractors & physiotherapists in patient flow
- Maintain front desk organization and basic clinic tidiness
- *Bonus: Assist with simple social media posting
