Requirements
- We are looking for a passionate and experienced Japanese Fusion Chef to lead and support kitchen operations.
- The candidate should be skilled in Japanese cuisine preparation, creative fusion menu development, food quality control, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.
- Language Required: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Japanese fusion dishes according to company standards
- Handle food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Create new menu ideas and seasonal specials
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients
- Monitor stock inventory and assist in ordering supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen area
- Ensure compliance with food safety and SOP standards
- Work closely with kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when necessary
- Assist in kitchen setup and operational improvements
