Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Ability to analyze data and present insights effectively to multiple stakeholders.

Deploy and continuously improve demand planning processes for end market, regional, and global operations.

Ensure compliance with demand planning governance and business cycle requirements.

Develop scenario analyses and provide recommendations to support business growth and anticipate market changes or risks.

Analyze demand forecast drivers using market insights and data trends.

Propose and refine forecast models to improve accuracy and effectiveness.

Recommend inventory-based forecasts aligned with demand and market trends.

Build strong networks with local, regional, and global Supply Chain Management (SCM), Sales, and Marketing teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align demand planning strategies and insights.

Support third-party customer business activities.

Create, monitor, update, and close: Production Orders (DE10 plant), Purchase Orders (DE38 plant), Sales Orders (MY09 plant), Purchase/Stock Transfer Requisitions (MY07 plant).

Generate Proforma Invoices for QC sample shipments (DE10 plant) and coordinate delivery to BMI MY.

Manage bottleneck processes, including: Assigning contingencies in SAP, Releasing blocked orders.

Handle return shipment coordination: Generate Proforma Invoices (case-by-case), Create Credit/Debit Notes with approvals, Create Return Notifications, Track shipment progress until arrival.

Raise Air Freight Approval Requests (AFAR) when required.

Participate in Demand Review Meetings for regional and global business units.

Support harmonization and continuous development of demand planning processes.

Provide frameworks for ongoing business performance review.

Act as the main point of contact for demand planning processes across countries in the region.
