Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail or F&B operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Passion for food and customer service.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of bakery products and food safety regulations is an advantage.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Possess driving license and car

To oversee daily retail operations of the bakery shop, ensure smooth functioning, efficient staff management, and achievement of sales targets while maintaining product quality and brand standards.

Monitor and support in all aspects contributes to sales performance.

To ensure a proper stock level is maintained and handle delivering issues.

To build up a rapport with the retail merchandisers.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.

Capable of working as a part of the team and take initiative to schedule marketing activities.

Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Responsible for new staff recruitment for a new shop opening.

Act as a middle person for all communication in between retail operation and HQ.

To execute and develop marketing plans and strategies.

Purchase of raw material/ packaging and delivery arrangement.

Expand store location

Identify optimal store placement for new openings
