Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in application support or a similar role.
Strong understanding of software applications and troubleshooting methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with IT support ticketing systems.
Basic knowledge of hardware and operating systems.
Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for various applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues reported by users.
Escalate complex issues to senior support teams or development.
Document support procedures and solutions.
Assist with application testing and deployment.
Monitor application performance and identify potential problems.
Communicate effectively with end-users regarding issue status and resolution.
