任职资格

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista, tearista, or beverage preparation staff. Experience with specialty coffee, tea, or matcha is an advantage.

  2. Passionate about Japanese matcha culture, tea preparation, and delivering consistently high-quality beverages with excellent attention to detail.

  3. Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused with good communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced kiosk environment.

  4. Able to accurately prepare beverages according to standard recipes, operate POS and beverage equipment, maintain food safety and hygiene standards, and keep the kiosk clean and organized at all times.

  5. Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of teamwork.

岗位职责

  • Prepare Premium Beverages & Desserts: Craft matcha, tea, coffee, and specialty drinks according to company SOPs while ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality.

  • Deliver Excellent Customer Experience: Welcome customers warmly, recommend menu items, process orders and payments accurately, and provide efficient, friendly service.

  • Maintain Outlet Standards: Ensure cleanliness of the kiosk, replenish ingredients and supplies, monitor inventory, and comply with food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures at all times.
