About the role

As a Mandarin Preschool & Assistant Teacher at Trinity Kids Malaysia, member of Plan TNG Sdn. Bhd., you will play a dual role in nurturing and educating young children aged 2–6 years old. You will lead Mandarin language instruction while also supporting the lead teacher in daily classroom operations. This full-time role is available across multiple locations:

Verve, Mont Kiara

Publika, Solaris Dutamas

The Linc, Jalan Tun Razak

Eco Sanctuary, Kota Kemuning


What we're looking for

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English languages, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Mandarin or working in a preschool environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with young children and their families
  • Creativity, patience and a genuine passion for nurturing the development of young minds
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated teaching team
  • Familiarity with early childhood development principles and age-appropriate teaching methodologies

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

  • Plan and deliver engaging Mandarin language lessons to a class of preschool children
  • Support the lead teacher in classroom management and daily activities
  • Assist with the implementation of the school's curriculum and educational programmes
  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and school management
  • Ensure a safe, stimulating and caring learning environment for all students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and continuously improve teaching methods
  • Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings and professional development opportunities
