Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for mobile applications via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to mobile app functionality, performance, and usability.
Guide users through app features, settings, and common troubleshooting steps.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff or development teams when necessary.
Document support interactions, resolutions, and user feedback in a clear and concise manner.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base with FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
Identify trends in user issues and provide feedback to the product team for app improvement.
