Requirements
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, providing information on logistics services and solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their shipping needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for freight forwarding services (air, sea, land) and follow up diligently to secure business.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and timely delivery of services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective negotiation and proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain customer records and sales activities in the company's CRM or forwarding system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Assist in resolving operational issues that may impact customer service and satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, supporting colleagues as needed.
Responsibilities

- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional logistics services to existing and potential customers.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance analyses to track progress against targets.
