Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle escalated customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
Prepare customer service reports and analyze KPIs.
Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction metrics.
Improve customer service processes and implement best practices.
Train, coach, and evaluate customer service staff.
Support business development by maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics regulations.
