Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B industry (supervisory experience is an advantage).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise staff effectively.
Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Hardworking, responsible, and able to make quick decisions.
Trustworthy and responsible in handling cash and inventory.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily outlet operations from opening to closing.
Ensure all staff comply with SOPs, food quality standards, and hygiene requirements.
Assign daily tasks to the kitchen crew and service crew.
Manage staff shift schedules, attendance, and ensure adequate manpower at all times.
Monitor food quality, service speed, and overall customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Train new employees and provide on-site coaching and guidance.
Monitor daily stock levels, maintain inventory records, and report low or out-of-stock items.
Manage cash handling, POS closing reports, and daily sales reconciliation.
Ensure the cleanliness of the outlet, kitchen, and equipment in accordance with food safety standards.
Report operational issues, equipment breakdowns, or staff-related matters to the Outlet Manager.
